Booking and Payment
There are 200 available booths to be featured at Live IT! 2007. The exhibit sales deadline is February 28, 2007. An early booking rate is offered until September 1, 2006. 50% deposit due on booking. Contracts submitted without corresponding deposit will not be considered confirmed. Deposits may be made via cheque or credit card (Visa/MC or AMEX) and should be made payable to: Dotchmedia Solutions.

- Premium Booth Early Booking Rate $900 Plus GST
After October 15, 2006
- Standard Booth Rate $900 Plus GST
- Premium Booth Rate $1100 Plus GST

- 2007 exhibit final sales deadline: Feb 28, 2007
- Full exhibit fees due: Feb 28, 2007
- Booth cancellation deadline: Feb 28, 2007 (less deposit)
- Demo/Presentation Time Booking Deadline: Jan 15, 2007
- Exhibitor Amenities Orders Deadline: Feb 28, 2007
Payment Details
All exhibition space may be booked with a minimum 50% deposit. This may be paid by cheque or credit card via our secure, online processor. Full payments and balances owing are due no later than February 28, 2007. After February 28, 2007 full booth fees must be provided at time of booking.

Please note: Exhibition contracts will not be processed unless accompanied by the appropriate payment. Full fees must be received and processed in our office prior to the show dates for all bookings.
